We had anchored for the night but when the weather got bad we went here and tied up to their outer dock after closing. Left a message saying we would settle up with them in the morning. We didn't use electric or water and they were super friendly and understanding. Gave us a discounted rate and we left there very thankful.

We did go to the dinghy dock in Key West bight and paid $10 for the day there. Well worth it not to have the mile and a half walk. Wind protection isn't very good. We had several days where it was too rough to get in the dinghy to go anywhere.
Picking up a ball was challenging since they have no lines and they don't tell you where to find an open one. You just have to pick your way through the field until you find one open and that's not marked as belonging to someone.
One the bright side everyone was friendly and we do enjoy Key West so will go again.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:5Holding:5Wind Protection:4Scenic Beauty:5Came in to stop for the night with SE winds 20+ on the bay. Good holding and only mild rocking during the night. No other boats so had plenty of area to anchor around fish traps and crab pots. Woke up to a beautiful view in all directions and got an unexpected special treat of dolphin while having our coffee.

Moved here from the college docks so we could plug in and have ac in the 90+ degree heat. Very nice people and extremely helpful getting us tied up for the night. We took their recommendation and had dinner at Track 1 across the road. Was great to get some good NC BBQ. The store was convenient to pick up a few things we needed before continuing on.
Bathrooms and showers available but we did not use them.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

After living in the area years ago I was looking forward to being one of the boats tied up here instead of just an onlooker. We tried to bow in but the finger piers were just too short and we couldn't get off the boat. Moved to the college docks instead.

Spent one night here. Very convenient to town. Water available. We weren't able to take advantage of the cafe food I read about, probably because it was after classes had ended for the summer. Would have stayed a second night but it was just too hot so we moved to Lambs marina to plug in and treat ourselves to ac.

We were lucky to get on this free dock after attempts to anchor failed to produce an available spot. Such a nice town! We walked and biked and really enjoyed our 48 hours here. Had fun wondering around the Provision Co, had good sandwiches at Oriental Deli and topped it off with milk shakes at The Bean (the coffee smelled amazing but it was too late in the day for me).
No hook ups but there is free pump out and trash and recycling.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Good holding and nice breeze due to proximity to beach but currents were very strong. Wakes from boats zipping around at high speed were annoying and seemed dangerous in such a busy and crowded area. Glad to have left before the weekend traffic really got going.
On the bright side there was a race at the nearby yacht club and the small boats with colorful sails was an awesome sight.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Stopping here for fuel and had the engine overheat so coasted in with the current. Dockhands were super helpful getting us tied up in a spot we could fuel up and take some time to deal with our engine issue. Reasonable diesel price for the times. A bit rocky from wakes but great people so would highly recommend for a stop
