Spent several nights here. Security is about as tight as any we've had at a marina. Great social community among the local live aboards. Two good restaurants onsite. Discount for US Boat or AGLCA to $3.00 ft transient. Tide needs attention coming and going but not too bad. Very helpful dock hands.

Good Farmers and craft market on Saturday's and live music to enjoy in a variety of places. We always enjoy our time here.

Have stayed here many times and always positive experiences with dockhands and harbor master Dean and front office Anne. One important detail is the substantial current here. Use the Ankona tide station located almost 6NM south of here on the ICW. Slack water can be found +/- 30 mins of High and Low.

We had poor to no dockhand help. On hailing marina on VHF 16 told to go to channel 7 not 17. Then told to go to slip E77 with no description of where that was. No dock labels. The only marina map is in the office, not online. Finally found the fuel dock and told our radio wasn't working (we used three). Later heard other arrivals also being accused of having borken radios. Otherwise nice experience. West Marine 1.2 miles south. Old wood docks with wicked current. Card secure bath house and gates.

4/19/23. Travelled 104 miles to get here for one night. Worth the stay. Team guided us in and we were parked conveniently right behind fuel dock. Two restaurants on site. Walkable park area. Didn't venture out of marina as only here for an evening. Ate at Cobb's and enjoyed the live music and Fish Tacos. Lots of guys in for a big fishing tournament that upcoming weekend.

Excellent marina to stay for a while. Grocery within biking distance or delivery, lots of restaurants within two blocks, Sat morning Market with live music is the best we have seen.
    Dockhands superb. Very nice facilities.
A,B,&C docks are newer, wide cement floating with in-slip pump out. Current can be fierce here so recommend arriving at slack (use Ankona tide station).
Other docks and fuel dock are older, fixed, but are protected from the current.
If weather supports, a fun excursion is to dinghy 2 mi across the ICW and under the bridge to Little Jim's for lunch, live music starts at noon.

I would give this marina a better rating but the birds are out of control here. I saw some people coming down near the marina and feeding them which probably contributes to the problem. During my 3 day stay, the birds were horrible; I would often see an entire flock on a boat. Other than the birds, it is a nice marina with proximity to many restaurants, good fuel prices and solid docks.

Well-kept facilities with helpful and accommodating staff. Two on-site restaurants/bars which usually had live bands on the weekends. They are open-air, so it can get toasty in the summertime, but that's just Florida. There are also a number of good places to eat within walking distance. One we enjoyed in particular was the Sailfish Brewing Company.

A multi-vendor Farmers Market sets up in the parking area and green space of the marina ("Marina Square") every Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until noon.

Nice location with several area eateries within walking distance. Grocery stores, a hardware store, and a West Marine is easily accessible with a bike. A few nighttime "dockworkers" were observed as there are multiple entrances with out gates leading into the older section of the marina. The newer section does appear to have restricted access and have very wide and nice docks. Entry through the channel was found to be well marked and easy to navigate. OnSpot wifi is present although it wasn't as strong as experienced at other marinas. Perhaps I didn't use the closest location as they were not marked. Overall a good experience and we will return.

What a terrific marina!! Anne is the best and the rest of the staff is terrific as well. A well run marina with a great location. Very helpful dock staff for parking and fueling. Two restaurants on site with so many more in Downtown Ft Piece within easy walking distance. Be sure to check out Old Florida Coffee Company, Beach Bowls (smoothies and Acai bowls!), 2nd Street Bistro, Taco Dive and Seaway Smokehouse... all withing walking distance. Avoid Pickled...food is pretty good but way overpriced. Road out two storms here..well protected and no issues. Highly recommend this great crew and location for an easy and entertaining stop on the ICW. Anne knows... we will be back!! :)

Great floating docks with wide walkways. The absolute best dockmaster and Dock hands that we have in 110 marinas on the Great Loop. The know exactly how to help a boat in strong current and keep everyone safe. Friendly welcoming staff. Entrance channel was well marked. The town has a lot of good restaurants. Lots of green space including several nice waterfront parks to walk the dog.

Watch the access to the marina, you enter from the north side, best to run near the power lines. They did not have markers when we arrived, then put some bouys out later. Floating docks, current can be strong, so prepare for the best way to enter slip.
Downtown is convenenient, Farmers Market Saturday. Groceries are an uber trip north. Fuel was reasonably priced.

High confusion and nothing special. First it took 6 phone calls to correct overcharges. Next I kept popping the circuit breaker. I rarely have this problem. Upon closer inspection the breaker panel only had a 20 amp breaker! You are not allowed to barbeque on your boat. The marine supplied BBQ's are junk that have not been thrown out yet. You are not allowed to dry anything on your lifelines. Showers were average.

Made reservations the week prior. Probably would have enjoyed staying here IF we could have gotten some assistance when we arrived. Idled in the marina basin area for an hour, waiting for the Dockmaster to direct us to a slip. He was apparently task saturated with two boats that arrived before us. The office staff that answers the VHF radio is either not knowledgeable enough, or not allowed, to answer any questions regarding dockage. Our experience is that it does not appear to be a very efficiently run marina. So sad, because it looks like it could have been a fun stay.

This is a good marina albeit we were placed in the old section, no floating docks. Our slip was 14 wide for our 12 foot beam and was a challenge entering. Good dock hands helped. The entrance to the marina is up a narrow canal with a 2 to 4 knot cross current. Another challenge, but doable. Not a whole lot to do in Fort Pierce except the Navy SEAL museum which was amazing. This is a reasonable stop for a night or two.

Well protected, new, state of the art marina with floating docks, power, water, etc. You won't find a better marina on the east coast of Florida with this proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and Ft Pierce Inlet. It's a short Uber ride to the grocery store (Publix), West Marine, Marine Liquidators (an awesome place for parts) CVS Pharmacy, etc.
The main farmers market is on Saturday with a smaller vegetable market on Wednesday. Numerous bars, restaurants and a micro brewery are located within three blocks of the boat slip. One person who posted complained about band noise on weekends and the train. You will hear it if you leave hatches open. We closed hatches, ran the electric cord to the pedestal and cranked in the AC. No problems.

To let ya know, not all piers are floaters. Half are wood stationary. City must not have any type of noise ordinance as dozens of loud motorcycle and vehicles ride by all day and most of the night. Not to mention that the train tracks are one block away with about two dozen trains a day. Vehicles with stereo speakers on the outside too. Now the hands that work here do a mighty fine job. For the people that live here, parking is a real pain. You do not leave the parking lot on the weekend and expect to have a spot when you return. There is fuel floating on the water with nothing done or said. Trash floating on water and under piers. You pay a slip fee plus a live aboard fee, most slips you pay your own elect. And you pay to have the elect meter read by a dock hand! There is two bar restaurants that have live bands, problem is that are about 100 yards apart and will have both bands playing at the same time.
