Anchored in 8' with 75' scope, wind was from NE and swung around to SE, not particularly comfortable with large fetch from the S. Upon leaving saw a lot of boats anchored north of the inlet who appeared to be better protected.

Scenery was beautiful and pretty awesome. We saw two stingrays jump out of the water and fish constantly splashing around. That's alway fun. Waters were a little rocky coming in but calmed down and by morning was like glass. We took our dogs for a walk near some apartments. No one said anything and there were no signs. I'd recommend stopping

May be difficult to find a spot if busy with transients. Little current but tide change is prevalent. Anchor in sand in about 15 feet. Not sheltered from south or west. Great for east and north winds.

We come here all the time from Vero Beach to clean and scrape the bottom of the boat. Water is very clear here. There usually are 2-3 sailboats here as there is a nice deep area for them. Anchor for the night then go around the corner and enjoy a day in the inlet, drop anchor and swim ashore and enjoy the beach.

Called Towboat US just to check and they gave great directions and recommendations on depth. Channel in was 8'+. We anchored in 7' off the channel and enjoyed a very nice peaceful evening before heading further north on the ICW. We would stay here again.
