Mud is tick and good, we had wind and rain and the anchor never moved, space for lots of boats. Only 2 crab pots, very pretty. We did not have the best internet reception but we anchored by the entrance. 7 foot deep at low.

Free.new dock, no power. You can stay overnight, restaurant open Thursday -Sunday, please call for reservations as it gets packed. There is a Crab rest across for sandwiches, we visited the local museum (very interesting) and missed the boat tour but apparently is wort every penny. The city had more millionaires than any other city back in the day.

The dock is sturdy and safe, no nails sticking out, and no worse than the expensive ones at Key West. We were on the face dock and 2 sail boats were next to us the slip is 30.00 for the night, there is electric 5.00, water is free. Close to the brick house you will see a mailbox to put money in. Golf cart tour by ladies in town for 5.00 and some local restaurants. It is a charming small fisherman village with very friendly people, nothing fancy.

Nice huge marina, with plenty of slips available, and very protected with friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat close by. We rented a golf cart for 15. 00 /hour. To get to Food Lion a mile away. Laundry is only 1.50 a load. The anchorage outside the marina is also big enough for 3 boats.

Good protection as you can also anchor by the wall on the other side of the anchor, be careful, as the middle is shallow. To reach the wall you will have to turn left at the entrance and follow it. Nice small town with dinghy dock some bars and restaurants.

Small marina with big heart! We stayed 30 days to be close to family, 30 minutes from Savannah. The island is pretty, residents are friendly and is the place where people leave the keys on the boat overnight. The owner embraces southern hospitality, offer us his car, golf cart, tools and more. The bathrooms are clean and nice, with a store and gas/diesel. There is a really nice State Park 9 miles away, and a kid park across the marina, also Midway town is on the other side of the highway. They do not have a pump out so plan accordingly. We loved the place!

The place is great and Donny is a gracious perfect host, he lives on the premises and will help with anything. The mooring balls are good (big wide catamarans and plenty of space) with protection, the dock is in great shape with 20 amp power and water. Brand New BIG washer/ dryer for 4.00 a load, bathroom is big and clean and the grounds are grass with trees for shade. The beach is a 5 minutes walk from the marina. Here is a little summary of our stay and why I love the place and smaller marinas-We had call in early as we needed to go to the clinic with an ear infection, as soon as we docked he offered to take us so we did not want to walk on the heat, then we asked to use the marina bicycles for a mother's day lunch, he gave us the review on places to go and lended us his golf cart as a mother's day gift. Love the place!

There are families fishing on the peer and ramping their boat, always a good thing for safety as there is people around. The police also came at night and in the mornings we were there.

Brand new marina, with marble showers, washer -dryer and pump out. Immaculately clean! About 20 slips, $65.00 with tax flat fee. Minimum wake and just below the Atlantic bridge with idle speed. All DelRey restaurants-bars and beach are within walking distance. Also the Freebee car service is available. This is a gem in the Marina historic district. Contact Priscilla before getting here, she is not on the premises, Marty is the Dock Master and he was very helpful with best way to tie up for our boat. Just an Amazing city with great food, restaurants to choose from.

The marina has 20 slips, the dock master is also in charge of the whole park and city trails. We were there during Sumerfest, all music is over 11PM, water police, park Rangers and state police. Super protected from wind, nice slips and they worked with us as we had reservations for only one night and the weather was bad and even during the busy consert week found us a spot.
The dock master, went out of her way to give us marinas and tel. Numbers to call to find a spot for the day we did not have reservations as bad weather approach. She called us several times in the morning to keep us updated of possible cancelations and once there was a cancelation she block the space so we can move to the open spot. More than we expected or got in all the marinas we have stayed on our 3800 mile trip.
