Super friendly marina. Call for directions into the marina. You need to come in down river from the marina, to avoid a shallow berm that runs down that side of the river. The marina is older, and the docks are not clean and new, but the folks at the marina and small store make up for that. It is a good stop to shorten the trip between Scottsboro and Chattanooga. Restaurant was closed, and the walk to a place for lunch was about 1.5 miles. We were offered a ride by a couple of people heading there but elected to walk, since it was a nice day. There is a pizza place up the hill from the marina, which is closer.

Rustic, clean marina. We stayed on the fuel dock. The attendant came out and helped us in, easy in and out with plenty of depth. Cutoff to the marina is two miles north of Watts Barr lock. Restaurant was good. Very happy with the food Served and the service overall.

Service at this marina is excellent. Clean showers and restrooms, calhouns restaurant on site, good food and service. Five or six transient slips. 50 amp Power, water in quiet area of the marina with good access to amenities. Staff is courteous and thoughtful. Marina is upscale with friendly boaters.

Louisville Landing Marina a Safe Harbor marina, and it is on Ft Loudon Lake 20 miles south of downtown Knoxville. Watch the channel in. It is a little tight, but no trouble if you honor the buoys. They have water, a portable pump out, but no electrical for transients, though they worked it out for us. They also sell gas. They have a restaurant Wednesday through Saturday that comes highly recommended by folks on the river though we didn't have the chance to eat there. It is quiet, protected from the main channel, and a nice place to stop and stay. The folks at the marina were welcoming and very accommodating. Showers and restrooms were clean and accessible. They charged $1 per foot with no charge for the pump out.

Long Island Marina at mile marker 571.5 on the Tennessee and is easy access from the main channel. The marina owner is Marla, and she is very accommodating to transients. There is water, a pumpout, and 100% gas. She also has a small store there, and the cleanest showers and restrooms on the river. We have a 41 footer, and stayed on the fuel dock. A quiet marina, and we didn't experience any wave action. Marla offered an open covered slip, but we just elected to stay on the fuel dock. The marina isn't open Monday and Tuesday, but if you call ahead, someone will get you set up, and Marla will supply her cell if needed. The marina is about 30 miles south of the Ft Loudon lock, and transient slip space is very limited up on Ft Loudon and Tellico lakes, so it is a great jumping off point. Really enjoyed the stay there last week.

Stayed here for a week awaiting weather and Wilson Lock delays. Kyle and his team were great to work with, kind and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about local river conditions.

The marina is well run, a great place to lay up for a bit, and the restaurant is outstanding. Easy to get downtown via Uber or taxi, and the marina has a courtesy car. Easy three mile trip up the canal to Wilson Lock.

When coming back down the river, I will make a point to stop here again.
