Louisville Landing Marina a Safe Harbor marina, and it is on Ft Loudon Lake 20 miles south of downtown Knoxville. Watch the channel in. It is a little tight, but no trouble if you honor the buoys. They have water, a portable pump out, but no electrical for transients, though they worked it out for us. They also sell gas. They have a restaurant Wednesday through Saturday that comes highly recommended by folks on the river though we didn't have the chance to eat there. It is quiet, protected from the main channel, and a nice place to stop and stay. The folks at the marina were welcoming and very accommodating. Showers and restrooms were clean and accessible. They charged $1 per foot with no charge for the pump out.
