Fish Creek is a fun area of Wisconsin with great places to shop, eat and explore. The vast 3,776-acre park created by Eagle Bluff is Peninsula State Park (920-868-3258), one of the most visited park facilities in the state.
In addition to camping, boating and miles of hiking and biking trails, the park has an impressive 18-hole golf course.
The historic restored Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, built in 1868, overlooks a 180-foot bluff. There is an on-site museum and tours of the light are available.

Door County is a slender peninsula extending from the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal northward to Washington Island. The peninsula is actually separated from the mainland by the canal, which was dug to provide a shorter and safer passage to Green Bay from Lake Michigan.
With a cruising distance of 150 miles, many boaters circumnavigate the peninsula’s 250 shoreline miles, ranging from sandy beaches and orchards to rocky shoals and magnificent limestone bluffs. Quaint villages are along the way, each with its own character. Most of the small villages have limited transient dockage so advance reservations are recommended. You will also want to keep in mind that some of the favored anchorages fill up early in the day.
