Beautiful marina with nonexistent customer service. I emailed them to cancel within their refund policy timeframe. Nearly eight hours later they leave me a voicemail with arrival information for a reservation I did not request. I immediately called back to clarify with them but no answer and no return call. The next morning I have to call again to finally get ahold of someone. They went on to claim that I reserved a night I didn't reserve despite my reservation confirmation showing otherwise. They then refused to issue me any refund at all despite having canceled within their refund timeframe. They refuse to give an explanation as to why and have told me to dispute it with my credit card company. They charged me $1,100!

The Alibi Marina works hard to assure the satisfaction of all of our guests. Our ratings will confirm this. In this case, this customer double booked two marinas in Door County and ended up using a friends mooring and forgetting to cancel his reservation. We called him on the day of his stay and he was "unaware" he even had a reservation? We then offered him to come into his reserved slip since he was in the area, he declined, then we offered him a credit for a future stay which he also declined since he was "selling the boat". We sent this guest 5 email confirmations. 5. He provided us his information including his credit card number and also agreed to the Cancellation Policy (relaxed) when he booked online. Sometimes you just need to be more responsible when making reservations. His 9 day stay which he was a no show for left us an empty slip which is difficult to fill last minute. We hope that if you decide to visit Fish Creek you choose staying with us. Alibi Marina

We generaly don't give 5 stars to any marina without a pool, but this is an exception. A great marina in a delightful town. Yes, the faieways are narrow, but the docks are sound, the dock hands are competent, and the cleats are well positioned. Restrooms/laundry are clean. Free coffee, BBQ's and an on-demand fire pit ashore. A short walk to as wonderful village with an excellent market and other shopping. Multiple restaurant and church choices. We would stay here again.

Great marina right in town. Easy access to lots of shops and restaurants. Fairways are tight. Staff well trained and friendly. Pumpouts are done in-slip. Nice showers.
