We really liked this place, especially the pool and bar! There wasn't a lot going on, but a short dinghy ride brought us to a row of waterfront restaurants.

Basic marina, with extensive repair services. Our purpose on visiting was to have a new hard top put on our boat. Amenities were very limited, but a few restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a very nice creek to stay overnight. Our two boats could not get a reservation at a marina, so we anchored out here. Nice spot for a swim.

Very protected from all directions except S/SW. Even with howling northerly winds, all is calm on the water in Fishing Bay. Holding was excellent, but the mud I drug up with the anchor was a mucky mess.

Beautiful spot for a sleepover. Stay to the east to anchor out to be away from the boat traffic that usually favors the western side of this area. If the wind is from the N-NE, then just go around the bend upriver and you're still protected.

Nice marina with helpful staff. Close to town with restaurants, shops, candy store, ice cream, distillery, etc. New bulkhead sea wall helps to mitigate the western exposure and cuts down on wave/wake action. I just wish there was a pool!

Great small town marina. New floating docks, great staff and nice bathhouse and laundry. Slip #12 is all the way in next to the steel bridge (less than 20' from the slip). If the wind is blowing up you up the creek, you have one shot to get into that slip or you will be laying side to a bridge

Nice little marina with long floating dock for transients. Nice pool. Restaurants nearby, but everything was mostly closed down due to COVID-19. Very busy drawbridge opens on demand. Lots of boat traffic as the watermen are in and out a lot. This will be one of our routine stopovers whenever we head up the Bay.

Stayed here a few years ago because of the location as we made our way up the Bay. Owner/manager rented us someone’s private slip! No power, old slips, place was deserted I early September. Once was enough.

Our small group of three boats stayed there several years ago. Very nice pool and grounds with a beautiful sunset over the water. Fixed transient docks were secure, but several piling had large nails protruding out—be careful. Not much around, but we did have access to the clubhouse and watched the opening night of Monday night football!

Great stopover. I agree it can be a little rocky with boat traffic in Indian Creek, but the overall facilities make up for it. It's beautiful with the grounds well taken care of. The new dock extension was great, with nice wide slips.

The docks and grounds here are beautiful, but is still an underused marina. Easy access off of the Bay. The only time it gets many boats are on the weekends for the Tiki Bar. Beautiful, remote area. The pool and restrooms housekeeping care has improved and we had no issues with the facilities. Large building on site has sat unfinished since 2007, don't know if it will ever be finished before the whole area erodes away--- shoreline has been disappearing over the years.

Third time here, a little quieter than the Oyster Festival weekend last November. Restrooms and laundry improved but still the same fixed docks with short finger piers every other slip. Depending on your boat's design, it can make boarding and disembarkation very tricky. Otherwise nice place, may have to go in bow first in the first few slips due to shallow water near the dock.
In addition to the normal trash drop off bins, they do supply recycling bins too. Conscientious cruisers who like to recycle now have a place to drop off those items as well.

This is a resort. It is pricey.
This is such a nice place with so much to do that you have to stay for several days. Dockhands are always available and ready to help. Easy access to pumpout.
It includes your basic electric, bag of ice, morning newspaper, nightly smores by the fire on the beach, croquet, tennis, shuffleboard, towels, We played golf (free par 3 course---bring your own balls), went paddle boarding, kayaking, biked into Irvington---- all included. Wives enjoyed yoga and the mixology class where they learned how to make the Lancaster Lemonade

Dock has nice floating piers, and you can watch all the action of boats coming and going up the creek. Very nice showers, small but adequate pool. Add to that free loaner cars or bikes, wifi, a captains' lounge, and a large meeting room that they let us use.
There have been problems here before with the RO water system but all was good this time. Be sure to use an inline water filter just in case.
Great place to bike ride and just look at all the boats. We will be back for a longer stay

Better holding and wind protection here, just up the creek from Dare Marina and Smith's Marine Railway. Good depth for deeper draft vessels. Much less boat traffic than in the wider sections of the creek.
