Spent one night here, May 2023.

Fixed docks are substantial, and in good condition. The docks are relatively high, so you're your fenders rigged accordingly when you come in. I called in mid-afternoon, and was told to check in at the fuel dock, to pay for the slip. We arrived around 5:30 and the guy at the fuel dock came down to catch lines, and then checked us into the marina.

They advertise that the fuel dock is open until 10pm, good if you are coming in late and leaving early.

50amp power and pumpout available at the slip. Showers, restrooms, laundry at the marina office building. Free wifi.

I called the office to find out how to use the at-slip pumpout, and they sent over staff to grab the cart with the hoses and adapters, which he brought to the boat and then showed me how to work the system.

The docks are stout, and clearly designed to withstand hurricanes. Concrete pilings, with substantial timber facing. All in good repair, and quite sturdy. The whole place looks new and well maintained.

The marina staff recommended one nearby (walkable) restaurant - Shaggy's Gulfport Beach. We did not venture out. Google Maps shows 1/3 mile. The Mississippi State Aquarium is also quite close, didn't venture over there either.

Also in the same general marina are, is the local USCG station – three of the 87 foot coastal patrol boats and couple of the small response boats were tied up across the way.

I would definitely stay here again.

No less than 9 feet to a slip on pier 4. Fixed wood and splintered docks and pier. No difference for transient pricing for daily or weekly stay. 3.5 percent charge if using credit card, cash is the only other option for payment for transients. Only pay for days you're going to stay we paid for a week and the weather changed which permitted us to leave one day early and they refused a refund dockage for 1 day.

Nice town, lots of bike or walking paths, several good restaurants within walking or biking distance. Farmer's market on Wednesday mornings.

February 10, 2023. Sam of WhatYachtToDo on a training and delivery journey. SeaRay 480MY with a 4-ft draft. Took on fuel and then side tie on Pier 3 T-Head. No issues with depth. Excellent Marina staff. Restrooms and showers are a bit of a hike but very clean and well stocked. WiFi was a bit complicated. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice Marina! Friendly helpful staff, walking distance to many downtown restaurants and businesses. Stayed for 5 nights fixing a broken drive train part. Cheapest stay I encountered on my entire journey from the Fl. Keys to Louisiana. Well worth a stop over!

Great staff, clean facility and docks are in excellent shape. Very long docks, our WiFi signal was barely adequate but we were on the end of the T. When strong winds from the north drove several feet of water out of the marina it was a bit difficult to get off boat at low tide (rare). 2 nice washers and 2 dryers at $1 each, takes quarters. Pump outs at every slip, self-service. Separate M/F showers were clean and there was always at least 1 available. Well marked channel. Lowest fuel prices around (ValveTec!). Ken's Marine is very close, top marine store for a wide area and can order in nearly anything you need. Jones Park adjacent to marina is terrific. Dog friendly. For grocery you'll need to Uber or bus, but there are restaurants within a good walk.
    We really loved our stay.

Stopped here May 8-14, 2021. Great marina with wide fairways and good protection from winds. Docks are in nice shape. Had trouble getting in contact with anyone by VHF or phone so we went on in and took a side-tie near the marina office. Staff decided to just let us stay there instead of moving. Wonderful, friendly boaters here. Made some great friends. Good restaurants and smoke-free casino nearby. We did enjoy our stay here. Tie-up at this marina if you get a chance. You’ll love it!

This marina has been fantastic for us!
We stopped in at the fuel dock to fill up and make arrangements to visit for a couple of weeks. The fixed docks are in great shape. I'm personally a fan of the cleats on the sides of the concrete pilings for quick and easy adjustments while we settle on lengths to leave to allow for tide. Pumpout is a matter of grabbing a cart and doing it yourself, but staff is available to help if needed. The wave protection here is fantastic. We were on the very end and barely knew there were rough waters outside of the cove. There is a huge beach just on the other side of the parking lot. The people who are here have all been friendly, one even offered to loan us their car! We will definitely be back when it is time to visit family again.

A good marina with good staff. The fuel dock is easily accessible for any type vessel as you enter the marina. The bathrooms and shower are very clean and secure. The docks are in excellent condition. I felt safe at dark and there are good walking and biking pathways accessible from the marina. I will definitely stay at Gulfport Marina the next time I'm in the area.

Good marina in a good location. It is still being rebuilt from the last hurricane and the fuel dock is currently still closed. Very helpful staff and they held packages for us to arrive and pick them up. The docks are fixed and this time of year when the wind shifts out of the north you can get a 3-foot tide. Two negatives with this marina. One is that their wireless internet is mostly unusable. We had some periods that we could use it, but we had to use our own Internet for the 5 days that we stayed. Verizon and AT&T cell service was good. Two is that the monthly rates on the website are misleading. You must sign a lease for a minimum of two months and the additional $200 live aboard fee will turn away most casual cruisers looking for a new location to explore. That is really too bad as this is a place where I would have stayed for a month. There are many good restaurants within a mile of the marina. There is also a great marine supply store called Ken's Marine that is within easy biking distance and the event delivered our purchase right to the boat when we bought too much to bring back on the bikes. There is a very large park between the marina and the main downtown area with good walking trails and an exercise course.

Fantastic marina in a great location with beaches, downtown, casinos and lots of places to eat all within walking distance. Very clean bathroom facilities, wide fairways that no boats in the marina stick out into. Overall a 5 star marinas.

This is a very nice marina. They have all the amenities (though there is only one restroom/shower each for men and women). Being a small marina, this may not mean any waiting in the mornings. The docks are well kept with wide alleys between them. I have nearly a 6 foot keel, and had no trouble with water depth. I am sorry that I could only spend one night. It was a VERY comfortable night.
