Hold was great and some bugs were not. All in all would gladly anchor here again. Peaceful with a few friendly locals coming by in transit or checking traps. Church bell’s ringing adds a comforting touch. Beautiful. Wind protection is not so much but holding proved good with depths ranging from 15-24’. Close proximity to Morningstar Marina if you need land access.

However, after day is done of boat traffic it was calm and had a good night. Strong current outweights wind.

Hear it is slammed on weekends but our Wednesday/Thursday nights were fine. Great holding. Airport near to watch the small planes but not annoying. A boat of youngsters come through around 6-7 PM looking to get on anyone’s boat. Little weird but no thank you although one boat did permit.
