Full-time cruiser friendly. Safe, calm, but crowded harbor. Listen in on daily happenings and cruiser news on VHF channel 68 at 9am. If your guidebook says you can dinghy to Publix--disregard that. It's a mile walk, bike or taxi ride from the marina. Winn-Dixie is a block farther, as is K-mart. From the marina, go to the main road and turn right.

Friendly. The least expensive marina in the area. They assigned us to the fuel dock in front of a huge power boat and the office--barely room for our 30ft sailboat--lots of traffic, including sightseers coming to view the pretty boats,lol. The closest real grocery store is only a few blocks away-Faustos.

This is located right across from the swimming beach at Bahia Honda State Park. Lovely fair weather anchorage with gently rolling current.

The marina governs the mooring field for the city of Ft. Myers Beach. Designated dinghy dock is under the west end of Sky Bridge. The fixed bridge has a 65' clearance. Pump out service at your boat is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-2, but you have to be on the list generated by the office staff. The guide talks about a plastic owl marking the canal to Topps Market--the owl has been removed.
