Nice marina restaurant was good and reasonable. Dock was expensive one night 43ft boat $215
If you can go out inlet it will save you a lot of time going north. A lot of no wake.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This was a nice stop. The marina itself was top-notch with modern floating docks, pump out and a lengthy fueling dock. We stayed on the south end of the fueling dock which was adjacent to the channel and, therefore, subject to more wake action than we would have preferred. Clean restrooms and showers. Grocery store was walkable but there didn't seem to be a plethora of other shops. We did not try the local restaurant but it was busy.

Restaurant on site pricey. Nothing really local to see other than other restaurants across the bridge. Average restrooms. Nice dock, but exposed to ICW. Next to a fairly busy bridge that goes up and down with a siren. Easily available fuel and pump out. $470 for two nights for 43 footer. Didn't do our homework. A mistake

Easy in and out when the dock isn't taken up by a large vessel or if large vessels are waiting to go through the bridge (on the hour). Fuel prices are higher than most places, but the dock hands are nice and helpful.

They offer a full range of services in the marina is quite nice. The dockmaster doesn't come in until around noon and apparently is the only person who knows how to use the pump out. That being said, most of the other marine is around don't have a pump out so don't plan on getting pumped out early in the morning. Getting to the fuel dock which is along the ICW can be tricky as the traffic stacks up for the bridge so also don't try to go in right around the top of the hour.

Not worth the 4-30-2022 rate of $4.00/ft plus 30 amp electric. Shop around. This is the most expensive marina dock fee I have paid in the last 4,600 miles of doing the Loop!!

Nice marina and facilities, good dockhands, but way overpriced at $4/ft - especially in this extreme offseason when things were closed. On-site restaurant good, but otherwise not much nearby without going over the bridge. Not much area for dog walking.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to do a brief stop to drop guest for flights out of Wilmington. Unfortunately fuel was out of service.

Great spot enroute on the ICW. I was surprised that they are up to $4 per foot now! Wow! Only other place I've been at that rate was Rybovich in Palm Beach but they serve mainly megayachts. (No I don't have a mega yacht). The staff here are awesome but overall this marina not worth $4/foot. Will look elsewhere next trip. Too bad.

We had a great experience with the assistant dockmaster Travis and his team. We arrived with the current running and a lot of wind. Travis found us a large slip that we could easily get into and helped us get in safely. He was very helpful with local knowledge and anything we needed. The facilities were top notch. It was a spring Sunday afternoon with great weather; Wrightsville beach was a lot of fun. A new favorite spot on my list. The other reviews must be only from people who had a bad experience. I can guarantee it was not like that when I visited.

We stayed here last year on our way down to Charleston. Everything was great. We called in April to make a reservation for a night and was told it was too early and to call back in May. I called in May and the girl took down my information. I just called to confirm and she said she would have to speak to the dockmaster. She called me back to say they were full for the night we wanted. I was confused. She said they have been full since last year. Why they didn't tell me that in April, I have no idea. Don't believe anything they tell you. Luckily I have found another marina, but if I hadn't called we might have been stuck.

On Thursday November 5, 2018 we called ahead to make sure they had a working pump out and diesel fuel and was told both were available. When we arrived the dockmaster told us the pump out was not working and was rude and vervbally abusive.
This marina needs a new dock master for sure. I called again after I was told there was no pump out working and the young man on the phone said they did in fact have a working pump out. Needless to say we went else where with out fuel.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Today, April 16,2018, I had a very disappointing experience with the fuel attendant at this marina. He was ill-mannered. short tempered, and verbally abusive. As a result, we cast off and took our business elsewhere.

Great Marina.. Sam has been the Dockmaster there for years and runs one of the best operations on the East Coast. Easy docking and always plenty of hands to help as you approach. Great restaurant beside the marina "Blue Water American Grill" and several others within a block of this marina. Beautiful new pool and bath house with washer dryer is clean and nice. I would highly recommend this marina to all boaters.
