This was our second stay here in two years and we loved it. We explored Beaufort and Lady's Island by bicycle and courtesy car over our few weeks and enjoyed it. Aaron, Kim and owner Tom are very welcoming and helpful. As others said, two restaurants right there and many others easily biked to. DOwntown Beaufort only 8 minutes by bike. They are working on opening the captains lounge for drinks which is in early stages but will be very nice. Laundry reasonable, showers clean and nice. Bikes available for use as well as courtesy car for 90 minutes. We rode out Hurricane Debbie here with no issues as she died down a bit before arriving and dumping 15" of rain. Love this place!

We love Lady's Island marina! Stayed there on 5-24-24 and again on 6-8-24. Easy in and out with experienced dockhands. One of the things we really like is the fact they send you a text the morning of your arrival to let you know the tides, slip, weather, and other items about you visit. They can also make you reservations at the restaurant that doesn't take reservations! GREAT MARINA!

Facilities (docks, bathrooms) are is great shape.

Dockside restaurant was outstanding - both food and service.

We had a great 3 month layover at Lady Island. Great location with only a short walk over the bridge to downtown Beaufort. Walking distance for groceries, hardware, liquor and several restaurants. The famous Fillin Station was close enough we could hear the music from the back deck of our boat. Tom and Aaron were great and I will stay here the next time we are coming through.

Instantly won us over before we even arrived by sending us an email with detailed approach instructions and a satellite photo of our slip location. Nice facility, quiet, no wake and restaurant on site and a mile from downtown Beaufort. Aaron was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice to stay at a small business owned marina. Laundry facility was nice, a very nice lounge, dog friendly and loaner car available. Would stay there again for sure.

Good instructions sending us picture of where our assigned slip is before we arrived which made docking straightforward no guessing. Nice touch to help docking. On the dock end where we are the WIFI is not reliable. Nice laundry room. Previous reviews are accurate.

I think this is our THIRD stay here. Clean facilities. Well protected slips. Great staff. 1 hour courtesy vehicle. VERY nearby to grocery, hardware, etc. 2nd best hardware store on the whole east coast. (#1 is in Cocoa Beach).
Restaurant on site, and a second nearby walk with entertainment.

This is also a great anchorage. So if they don't have room for you, you have a Plan B.

Admiral like free washer. Pay only for drier.
There are a lot of plusses for this marina. Discount for some membership(s).

Service was excellent. Great Dockmaster and the owner is on site as well. Southern hospitality at its best with such perks as courtesy bikes, courtesy car, on site restaurants, and detailed docking information and photos prior to your arrival. An abundance of sailboats make your Starlink essentially unusable but the strong and fast Wi-Fi network takes its place. Very quiet marina with minimal wakes make for a peaceful stay. Good value for your money.

A well-managed marina. Aaron was top-notch. Power and water functioned normally. Showers and bathrooms were clean. There is a large lounge. Publix is nearby, but is a longish walk, especially with lots of groceries. A courtesy vehicle was available for a couple hours and much appreciated in accomplishing this task. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Current can be strong so attempt a slack arrival.

Beaufort is a mile and a half walk so it's not as convenient as the downtown marina. It was an easy bike ride.

We have been at Lady's Island Marina in Beaufort SC for 6 days and I want to go on record as highly recommending them. Weekly rate is $7.50 per foot. This marina is run by some very friendly people. It has 3 nice clean shower rooms, laundry room (free to wash/$2.50 to dry), boaters lounge and courtesy car. Dockside Restaurant is located onsite - low country boil there was delicious. A little bit further walk is the Fillin Station where we got a fried pork chop dinner with smashed potatoes and gravy and green beans just like Mama used to make for $5! Within a one mile walk are Bill's Liquors, Publix, Walgreens, Regions Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Dollar Tree, Dairy Queen, Sonic, Dominoes Pizza, Little Caesar's Pizza and Lighthouse Ice ($2 for 22 pounds). A 1.5 mile walk the other way across the bridge will take you to the downtown historic district with its riverfront park, shops, tours and restaurants. — with Art Oliver at Lady's Island Marina.

We stayed here on a Sunday night in early April. Plenty of water on the way in and out, even at 90 minutes past low tide we saw no less than 10 feet of water. Floating docks in good shape, no issues with power and water. Restrooms, showers and laundry very clean and an easy walk from our slip. Multiple restaurants and a Publix within walking distance.

The marina is in great shape and in a very nice spot. There are restaurants and stores very close by and they have a marina truck that can be used and we did. We were also hailed by Aaron on our way in and really appreciated his assistance with docking.

The marina is located on a creek, away from the ICW so there are no wakes, very quiet. There's a restaurant nearby that attracts boaters who sometimes tie up at a dock belonging to Lady's Island. That can be a problem if it's your slip for the night and the staff has gone home (after 5:00). So if you're arriving late, be sure to call ahead to ensure your slip is not occupied by a boat going to the restaurant next door. We came in late one night in a driving rain after hours and saw an empty dock but it had signs "dangerous to dock, not operational" all over the dock. It was Lady's Island's way of reserving the dock for their customers and warding off restauranters. The marina has a courtesy car for use by transients.

What a great town, the people that live in around this area love love love the waterway. Very much enjoyed our stay at the small Marina the owner Tom incredibly nice guy, do anything he could for you. Adam owns a small canvas shop there on the dock and was able to help us with some small restitching things without waiting and very very reasonable. Can't speak highly enough about this place. We had the pleasure of staying right in front of a place called The filling station which they say is the five star dive bar, and I agree. Food's not great but the beer is cold and the music's pretty darn good and we could hear it from the back of our boat on the weekends, and that was something that we very much enjoyed. The little town was pretty nice, however we were somewhat disappointed as they had a water festival going on during our stay and we were not able to use the city dock for our dinghy because of the water festival which consequently kept us from participating and enjoying that festival to the fullest. Would stay there again no problem lots of services and shopping in the area, Tom offers a courtesy car and he also has a DIY shop, bring your own tools. By the way, I forgot to mention Walter, Tom's dog super friendly really nice had a great time.

Young marina crew were very nice though a little frenzied. They crammed us onto a T-head where we did not quite fit. We were stern-to-stern with another boat and both of us had ground tackle sticking out into the respective fairways. The good thing is you do have restaurants within walking and grocery not much further, plus they have a free loaner car for an hour. You can bicycle back over the bridge into Beaufort and the currents are a bit calmer than the municipal marina.

Well protected marina when the winds are blowing hard. Tom is a friendly and engaged owner. Liz makes the place run well. Fastest WiFi we have found in a marina so far. Lots of liveaboards who for the most part are very friendly. Great place to take the dog for a walk but there is a lot of glass in the parking lot. Hard to provision the boat as some of the docks are blocked from getting a cart to the boat by stairs and pedestals. The day that we arrived neither Tom or Liz was there so the dock hands were hard to fine and not monitoring the radio.

I immediately went to walk the dog and discovered the marine store sold jewelry by local artists (and much more), a yoga studio and a massage therapist! I immediately went back to the boat and informed my husband I was never leaving! Mary invited us to bar next door for a $4 plate of burger, hotdog, beans and potato salad. Talk about paradise! Next day was Thanksgiving and Mary invited us to a potluck at the marina lounge. Food was delicious and we felt right at home with all the other boaters. Marina has all the ammenities from restrooms to showers to laundry and all very nice. Did I mention the courtesy car? What else could you ask for? Oh, an on-site canvas shop and a DIY workshop.
