East side of cement wall is 7 feet. Mid wall is 5 feet. West cement wall is 3 feet. Cement wall in good shape. Floating dock is for Erie Canal Cruises only. It's a nice spot with security cams, lights and a museum. Walmart is a 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk away. Great spot for the pups. No power. It wouldn't take much for them to put in a couple 50 and 30 amps on the Erie Canal Cruises building where the cement wall is. A little traffic noise during the day. I didn't give it a 5 because there is no power.

I was delivering a low powered dinner boat from Florida to Michigan. Over 25 mph winds we had to stop. The winds picked up and we tied up at the Waterfront Grill portion of the dock. As we were tying up the owner came out and we were nervous we would be asked to move. We were treated like old friends and told we could stay as long as needed. Owner even offered to buy us the first round at the bar. Once tied up we went inside for a great meal (and a free first round, thanks Rocky) in a friendly atmosphere. WiFi was free and worked on the boat. I can’t say enough about their hospitality and how welcoming they are to cruisers.

Tour boats take up entire floating dock. Tour boat captain requested we move way back on concrete wall to give him room to maneuver. There is very little water at the wall...we were churning up bottom. Restaurant was great...good food and service.
