Rough concrete wall with bollards and rings, but Free. East of Lock E17, some highway and train noise. Right across from water and sewer plant, didn't bother us at all. No electric, no water, no pump-out. $5 pump-out at Little Falls Marina just West of the lock. Easy walk/bike into town on either the NY Bike Rte or via Moss Island. Great little town, Museum is only open MWF and there is an Architectural tour, well worth it. Ruggiero's Trattoria is a great place to eat, good value, lots of food. Price Chopper is on main street and Canal Place has a few good artsy stores.

Little Falls E-17 free wall is under Bridge 30 A just before Lock E-17. It is a relatively high wall so it's best to dock near a ladder. There are loops and bollards to tie to. It's a no frills stop (no bathrooms nor showers). You can walk to the lock and town. Locals fished from the lock and many teenagers stopped by (it appears to be a local hangout spot). We like the price (free) and we would visit again.
