Stopped in for fuel last week. The fuel dock was easy to find and showed plenty of water for our five foot draft. Chris met us at the dock and helped get us secured. He was very helpful getting the flow rate correct as we have only taken fuel once before in this boat. We took 600 gallons. This is a great fuel stop with great fair prices.

Spent the night here in August. Nice breeze with a couple showers through the night. Not much protection.

We stopped for the night and watched a beautiful sunset over the marsh. We were worried about bugs but they never found us. Spent the evening on the flybridge looking at the stars. Holding was solid but it's tough to stay clear of the channel yet maintain enough water to float. Not much traffic other than fisherman though. No commercial traffic at all. Very peaceful night.

Absolutely love this anchorage. You're protected from almost anything. The eastern entry has filled in for all but the shallowest draft boats so very little traffic from that direction. The entire cove is a no wake zone and I've not seen anyone violate that. We had a manatee swim directly under the boat last year on a weekday while it was mostly quiet. It does get crowded on the weekend but things settle down quickly at sunset.

We love coming in for cocktail. It's challenging to find but 100% worth the effort. Fischer's is great, upstairs and down.

We've been stopping by The Sportsman for several years. They have a great tiki bar and a very nice restaurant on the other side. They are our goto for brunch everytime we're in Orange Beach.

Love the bushwackers. Burgers and onion rings are good too. Always entertaining. Worth ducking in to people watch but it gets really crowded in the summer time.
