Don't hesitate to stop at Henry Harbor. Tying to the wall is a great experience. The bath house looks brand new. Nicest I have seen on the IL or the Mississippi.
Fran and David are so helpful and responsive you just can't believe it.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Water was low, but the entrance was well marked and no problem whatsoever.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The water coming in is shallow but the channel is well marked and we had no trouble.
Showers are very nice. Laundry and ice are free! Super helpful staff.
Unfortunately the pool is not available to transients.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This place is a PARTY on weekends but nice and quiet during the week. Restaurant is good. The Grafton Winery is better and a very short walk. Floating pool is unique but appreciated on a hot day. Good showers.

Can't say enough great things about Two Rivers. Nice pool, very nice showers. Lots of space on the end-tie and face dock for transients. They even had a little casino night celebration while we were there. The courtesy car is way nicer than expected and got us to the grocery store.

Pretty rustic. Inexpensive fuel, very basic showers/bathrooms. A ways off the channel and well protected.

Burlington is a great little town. Be sure to have a beer at the Valley Monster and then eat at the Hawaiiowan Cafe.

Winnishiek is not really doing much transient this year but they managed to get us in as it was early in the season. The approach to the marina is an adventure in itself. Take it slow and pay attention to the charts.
There is a Bar and a restaurant (The Barn) right there which is good since it's a pretty long hike into town.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Definitely enjoyed our stop at Pettibone. They put is on a nice end-tie near the restaurant. It's a bit of a hike into town but not horrible and the restaurant on site is surprisingly good.

They are working on improving the facility -- harvesting weeds, making repairs to the docks. The showers are fine and the staff very helpful.
The little tiki bar which serves beer and pizza is a nice addition.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
