Great people own and work here! This marina came highly recommended with a great restaurant, pool and bbq. The owners are very visible to guests and Brian's laugh can be heard across the marina, it's infectious. The ship store allows package delivery so you can continue your Amazon buying habits while traveling the Hudson. The location is ideal for zipping up to Albany for the farmers market or borrowing one of the two loaner vehicles and going to town for provisions. The location is in a valley and freighters and tugs pass by sometimes twice a day. Really cool stuff to see with your morning coffee.

Customer service here is AMAZING! The deck hands are very helpful and the office staff, especially Jenn, took on a volume of questions with our 3 week stay. This marina is the on and off point for the ferry therefore golf cart rental goes fast. It is .25 mi walk, a beautiful walk, to town. There is no marina/slip wifi. Power on the dock (dual 50s) had no issues. This marina is the only pump out on the island and can hold 50' and smaller. The Marina store has a great deli for lunch. 4 stars because we really need wifi in the docks because we work from our boat.

Staff here are super nice and accomodating. The amenities are $35 on top of transient slip fees which is $3.75/ft for a vessel our size. The wifi is not solid, bounces frequently. The amenities, location to the town activities are perfect. They run the amenities "cashless" so you put all expenses on your member number. The adult pool has a bar and tender dedicated. The children's pool had a rock climbing wall and lifeguards standing by. The onsite restaurant had amazing food and the Put-in-Bay winery is part of the amenity package as well. We could only run 1 50 amp due to a power issue on the dock and inconsistent wifi.

We stopped here overnight on our way to Tortuga. This is now my Key West marina. It has several dining options, pools with a bar, hammocks, green spaces, and is just pretty. The office loves its transients and you can have packages meet you at the marina. Also, a free shuttle that takes you to A&B Marina (their system marina) which is in the middle of traditional Key West that is packed with people, boats, etc. This marina gives you a quiet get away from the cruise ship/tourism crowds.

We bought a boat that was in this marinas winter storage buildings. The marina manager was super about communicating launch dates and keeping us informed of Covid-19 impact to the marina (state mandates). Once the boat was launched we used service to replace 8D batteries (these are ridiculously heavy) and do other repairs. The service guys are knowledgable and professional. The onsite boat cleaning crew is amazing and even hand scrubbed areas (eye for detail). The marina manager provided us contacts for an electrician, boat graphics, and satellite TV assistance. Since we were moving in during Covid, we used Amazon since local stores were having stocking issues. The office staff were super kind in receiving packages and even sent them to the boat via the security guard. They went over and above for us. Great group of people!

Wonderful dock hands and accomodating marina. Your transient fee includes access to the pools and pristine beach. We had drinks at the outdoor bar which had prompt and curtious service. The marina is also on the trolley system so you can visit more of the island.
