Truly a one-of-a-kind resort marina experience! Dockmaster Dave expertly got us tied up, then oriented us to the facilities. Pools, beach, free trolley (Nov-Apr?), and bus all within steps. Several restaurants on-site and many a short ride or walk away. Showers with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel...and towels included.

Great stay for 3 nights. Dockmaster very helpful. Amenities great; free breakfast, free beach towels, use of pool, free washer and dryer. Just didn't have their showers yet. Stayed here more than 10 years ago when chartering a boat from SW Florida Yachts and loved it then and loved it now. Will go there again.

Best deal going for the amenities you get. Beach, multiple pools, great showers and everything is provided, towels and beach chairs, etc. Dave the Dockmaster is very accommodating. The area is full of restaurants and a free trolley to everywhere

Once you navigate the current and get into your slip, Pink Shell is great. Dave is great help though. We weren't the only ones that made several attempts. Some were more than several. Amenities are great. Sunsets on the beach are beautiful. Although, they try to clean up and take your lounge chair as it is going down. Food and margaritas are just ok. Pools are really nice.

Where do I start? First of all, the docking experience was a breeze with Will directing the dockhands, all of whom were extremely proficient. They made sure we had a workable alternative to our boarding ladder due to the dock piling, and that our shore power was on and working before wrapping up. Will came back by later to help with an additional bow line, and adjusted the stern line to make sure the swim platform would work for embarking/disembarking. While the marina is in a tight spot in the channel, the communication from the dockhands made getting back off this morning a lot less stressful. Just a great experience, and one we look forward to repeating. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and Will made sure we knew where we could walk our dog including taking him out to the beach for sunset. Just a wonderful stay and the dock staff really made for a great introduction to the resort.

We stayed at this beautiful resort several times this winter. The marina staff is courteous and helpful. The last 3-day stay with the grandchildren was fantastic. They enjoyed the organized poolside games. The restaurant Bongo's has a good variety of lunch and dinner choices. (The indoor restaurant could use a little more decorating, but the food was good. The dog-friendly beach with drink service was a great way to spend an afternoon. The trolley service makes access to the town area a piece of cake.

    FIRST CLASS MARINA !
Cannot praise Craig and Dave enough for exemplary customer service throughout our two week stay. Slip, electric, water and resort amenities (especially for families) was “top knot” enjoyable. Quiet, pristine and close proximity to Times Square via the tram makes travel convenient for all ages. The resort pools and beach are in our top 5 of US & Caribbean locations. Our stay was totally different from 30 years ago when small cabins were only available, but couldn’t be more complimentary toward the transpired resort and excellent management.

Wonderful dock hands and accomodating marina. Your transient fee includes access to the pools and pristine beach. We had drinks at the outdoor bar which had prompt and curtious service. The marina is also on the trolley system so you can visit more of the island.

Terrific Resort and Amenities. Dockmaster Dave and his staff were very accommodating and helpful with tying up and leaving. Resort is perfect for kids and the amenities of the marina are great as it’s close to open water, nice floating docks, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Will certainly be coming back next trip.

Dockside service was great. Resort seems to be family oriented with a lot of kids and was not appealing to us.

Good Marina with wonderful resort hotel. Walk across street to Gulf beaches or shuttle to town with restaurants and pubs.
