Overall excellent. Close to town, some small stores, hardware, dim restaurants.
Spacious grounds picnic benches, shower close. Small bar restaurant ice cream , opens at 3, dock matter is there.
As mentioned, 600 ft dock with high wall, but has ladders where smaller boats can get off and has power. Then room for the more 40+ boats with power at lower dock. 50 and 30 amp. Then a closing dock for one boat with 30amps. Easy docking. Almost no current.
However as mentioned, trains run thru here quite a bit, so if you doing like trains probably not your spot.
Often concerts in the park, tonite is country music.

Excellent guidance getting in and out, and great bringing in Delaware bay. But if a walk if you're at the end of the dock. Very helpful, especially if Foster is there.

Very accommodating. Had an engine out and the owner Bob bent over backwards to get me a slip and get me in. Good faculties, great bathrooms, pool and friendly people.

Would give it a higher rating except for a few things.

First, the channel IS narrow, but doable. We turned our 40ft Mainship around with a small wind.... carefully, by putting the bow close to or touching the dock and working the stern around and worked well.

Second the pool is a dirty pool a short walk between some apartments, fair, but still felt good after a hot day.

Tiki bar advertised happy hour which did not exist and drinks were too expensive. Food was ok, but would have rather eaten on the boat. Music was neat and played until midnight (Saturday). Our boat was within 50 feet of the band, so we were "entertained" quite late, and the crowd didn't quiet down until 2 am. Hard to deal with for a 5 o'clock wake up.

And, the Marina was in the mist of a fishing tournament which wasn't mentioned once during the three times I called. Had I know, I would not have stopped. It was a zoo, with way too many bass boats getting in the way and stopped in the channel. That was a mess that I hope to never see again. And they were heading out before sunrise in the morning, some with no lights.

The Dockmaster never once responded. 16 was never answered and the store clerk gave us the only help which was totally inadequate. Getting is was a mess and had to squeeze in where two bass boats just left with 5 ft clearance on the bow and stern.

Overall, only good enough if there's no place else. They are friendly and helpful but nothing there but boats and maintenance. Could be ok for maintenance (don't know).
Also, arriving there is awkward and a lot of shallow water.

Nice place to RON, no services, but fairly deep and very easy to be out of the intracoastal for a overnite. Can go to Legion to the south if you're a member, best Legion in the country. Can go past Legion to McDonalds dock for burger, shopping with Publix and other stores.

Excellent fuel stop, very friendly good folks. Limited things to do, but can walk to restaurant or food, but better for shopping, food and a burger would be McDonalds dock across the intracoastal, and under the bridge.
