Had the whole cove to ourselves. Dropped anchor in 6' with a muddy bottom. Did not go ashore but did take a scenic dinghy ride up both Trout Creek and Six Mile Creek.

Went Southeast to southern shore to follow shoreline to straight across from the boat ramp. We were here over the weekend (Feb 26, ‘21) and expected a lot of boat traffic. Instead, the cove was quiet and peaceful. Well protected from the South wind. Anchored in 11 feet of water over a mud bottom. Next morning the anchor was full of mud with a few clam shells for decoration. We had taken advantage of the boat ramp to take the pooch in for shore duty. Did not find any water spigots to refill a water jug. Very nice here.
