We really enjoyed our 2 week stay.
The marina has transient slips but is mostly commercial with boat launching, tour boats and the Key West Express. But it's quiet.
We have a 50 foot trawler and were on B dock. Floating dock.
The bathrooms are new - 3 toilets and 2 showers. They were always clean and had toilet paper.
Only 1 washer and dryer at 2.25
Trash cans near the end of the dock. Staff is very friendly.
If you have a Towboat or SeaTow membership to get 10% off dockage.
It's less than a mile to Publix, and restaurants. Marco has multi use sidewalks for walking and bicycles.
Cons - they don't accept packages.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Double charged me for fuel on 6/30 and as of 7/5 still no refund has been issued. Additionally, the initial person was overtly rude when he realized his mistake.

Very nice marina with cleated, floating docks! Brand new, clean restroom, shower and laundry building. The staff was very friendly. Only drawback is, the Key West Jet Express runs out of this facility. They fire their engines up at 6am and run them until their 8am departure. I'm an early riser, so it didn't bother me, but if you like to sleep in, it might not be the best place for you!

Kept our boat here for about two months while we were back at the house. The facility was well kept and had overnight security. Staff was helpful and friendly.

No rest rooms or laundry. Reasonable dockage. Bait and switch on dock rate. Was told $13.50/ft. and verified in WG. Charged more and told the dock hands couldn’t verify charge until boss came in 4 days. Did not stay due to poor management of situation.

The worst marine service department I have dealt with in my entire boating career. They were unable to take care of my engine issue even after multiple attempts. Eventually they will just recommend that you take your boat somewhere else which is what I highly recommend you do in the first place. This Marina lacks both technical and professional leadership and treats customers with complete condescending behaviors. I highly recommend that you try to call the service department before considering their services as you will quickly discover they never answer the phone or return calls. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Great Marina and great staff. Marina is heavy with rental boats and transient traffic. Docks are in great shape. Staff courteous and helpful. Marina has a well stocked store for some food, boat supplies, and fishing gear. The women on the boat will love the shopping here!

Very friendly. Busy with rental boats coming and going. Dinghy dock for $5.00 a day. We also used it for an hour on another day and were told no need to pay. A tip is always the courteous thing to do though.
Fuel price a little high.
