Convenient to Soldiers Field and the Field Museum but not restaurants or grocery stores. Easy in/easy out marina with a large basin that runs parallel to the South end of the marina. Piers are labelled on the end. Harbor gets busy on the weekends. Transients on the south end use a password protected floating bathroom/shower facility and each dock has their own gate password. Beautiful view of the skyline. Restaurants and grocery stores are an Uber ride away.

Huge Marina. Solid Floating docks. Each dock has its own locked gate onto a public bike & walking path. Showers and restroom on another (F) dock. There are 6 individual unisex rooms with shower toilet and sink. Tiled and reasonably clean. Nice bar and grill right at the harbor master's office and a very friendly atmosphere.

Great location. Good service. The only problem is that as a transient speaking with the harbor house is that the marina is run by college students who don't really know what a boater needs. We were assigned a slip that was at least a foot too narrow and also noticed that the edge of the dock had metal sticking out. They allowed us a spot on a reserved dock eventually. Even with that issue the marina is excellent for security, facilities and just adjacent to many major attractions.
