My second time in Morehead City and my first at this marina. It is far more sheltered than the docks right on the ICW. Good staff helped me park on one of their long floating docks. Pretty good fuel price so I topped off. Nice facilities; clean bathrooms and laundry area. Pet friendly. Walking distance to town, including restaurants. Some noise from a nearby train, otherwise pretty quiet.

Great service, nice people! Easy access, nice layover location while waiting for weather to clear outside. Clean laundry and shower facilities. Short walk to waterfront restaurants (check out The Ruddy Duck)!

The marina has excellent floating docks, close to town with all the restaurants, great laundry and shower facilities and best of all a courtesy car for $20 for 2 hours. We went to Lowes for groceries and were very impressed with the store.

Great stop as Dockmaster Lee is helpful and very efficient. The courtesy car makes restocking supplies easy and the laundry and showers are welcoming and in great condition. We'll be back!

Nice floating docks with plenty of water in a sheltered basin. Bath house facilities and laundry were clean, welcoming and well appointed. Dockmaster Lee was helpful and pointed out the nearby convenience store and restaurant. We borrowed the courtesy car for a quick provisioning run. We'll be back.

Beautiful marina, Lee and Mike very helpful. VERY sheltered - we were waiting out a SW wind on the T-head that turned NW the next day with gusts in the 40+ knot range and were very comfortable. Solid- wide floating docks, very nice bath facilities. Close to several restaurants but groceries requires a car ride.

Stayed September 26, 2021. Excellent marina! Have stay here a number of times over the past 8 years. It is one of our favorite marinas. Very clean showers and laundry. Great staff that know what they are doing. Easy walk to restaurants and Morehead City waterfront. Floyd's 1922 restaurant is excellent.

Very protected and professional staff. Will fuel you in your slip. Easy walk to waterfront attractions. A bit noisy near the port terminal. A great stop when transiting north or south.

We came back as this is a great marina. We needed 300 gallons of diesel and we were so pleased they assigned us B15 and fueled us in our slip! Expert dock hands and all very friendly. We stayed a week and they were there any time we called. Hats off to the entire crew and Cheryl to. To the former Coasties, SEMPAR PARATUS.

This marina has so much going for it. New floating docks, easy access to fuel and pump out, 2 new washers and dryers, restrooms with clean showers and chairs, and an outstanding staff that really know how to tie up your boat. (They have all been in the Coast Guard). The loaner car is $10 for 2 hours, and you do not have to fill it with any gas you use. You can walk to Floyd's 1921 restaurant, which has delicious local items. Helpful hint: If coming northbound, call them as you come through the RR Bridge. Once you make the turn to the marina, you are behind metal buildings and you won't be able to hear them until you are actually at the marina.

I was disappointed to find out that they now charge for the car despite listing in the Amenities as a "courtesy car". Even with the BoatUS discount I paid $1.90 a foot. That equates to $15.60 more that a nearby competitor. Add $10 and the difference comes to quite a bit more than an Uber roundtrip to the grocery store.

The marina is totally protected and the docks are in very good shape. They have a loaner car for rent at $10 the last time I checked which is a good deal.
