Would be 4 stars if price more reasonable. Dock hand, LaVar was friendly and did a good job helping us tie up. Fixed dock; finger slips about 20 feet long but 0.5 foot tide changes made it easy to secure the boat. Beautiful spread-out grounds. Very protected marina. Lots of empty slips in the marina, probably because of the high transient dock fee ($4.50/foot; 10% AGLCA discount brings it to $4.05/foot, still about $1 higher than other marinas). There is an additional $45/day resort fee which entitles you to free use of kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards and towel by the pool. I didn’t feel as if I got good value for my $45 but perhaps if we were traveling with several children, it would be worth it. Several restaurants on site. Wifi slow but steady. Diesel available at a good price.
