18-25 Jul 2023. This is an absolute terrific marina. It is a short walk to downtown. The staff there is excellent. We had originally only scheduled three nights there, however they were able to find us four additional nights so we got to take advantage of the weekly rate. We had excellent parking across from the pump out. This required us to go around the breakwater and enter from the back. It was very convenient to get to the bathrooms and showers and Marina office as well as walking to town. The only drawback was that it is well lit at night and it attracts many bugs that will be on your boat in the morning. So just plan on giving your boat a wash down every morning! Wi-Fi was excellent as well as adequate T-Mobile and Verizon service. Pam and Kathy do a great job as managers. We could have spent another week there and not seeing everything there was to do but we had to move on. There is a Canadian Tire which we walked to as well as a No Frills store where we provisioned. Laundry was a bit expensive at $4CAD per load which we did not need to use. Sam & Rev on Here's To Us!!, 50' Carver at WhatYachtToDo.com

Large marina so it can be quite a walk to get out. Security gate which is nice. Restrooms were clean. The town is not too far away and there are restaurants and there is a local cab service. There is a nearby park and beach.

Visited August 2022. The marina is well marked and the dock staff very helpful as we first needed a pump-out and then made our way to th slip. Very nice floating docks. We were at the outer docks which as the previous reviewer noted are a bit of a walk. However well worth it as the view from these slips are beautiful.
The walk into town is short and there are enough places to give you plenty of choices to choose. I found GAN brewing a nice stop with a great historical building. We stopped at the Purple House restaurant for pizza and then to the Pump House for ice creme. All well worth the visit.

Excellent docks, wifi, bathrooms and 30 amp electric. For large boats, the dock is pretty far away from land. In 2018 they were having very serious weed problems, with the wind blowing weeds into the boats. I was hesitant to run my a/c under those conditions.

The main street is a short walk away, with several good restaurants. The Purple House Restaurant has excellent pizza, The Maple Leaf serves bavarian food, schnitzels, of all kinds, and Riva is a white table cloth european restaurant.
