Johnson Brothers Corp, on behalf of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will begin construction activities for the replacement of the US1 Jupiter Federal Bridge across the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway mile 1004.8, Jupiter. The old US1 / Jupiter Federal Bridge with existing bascule piers has been removed, but equipment will continue to be present in the vicinity of construction of the new bridge through the end of 2024. All vessels are advised to transit the area with caution. New bridge will have up to 42 feet of vertical clearance and 125 feet horizontal clearance per FDOT.
