THE WHARF KICKOFF CELEBRATION
Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime event – The Wharf Kickoff Celebration – a four-day spectacle of live music, festivities, fun, and fireworks along the Southwest Waterfront in Washington, DC, from October 12-15. The Wharf’s Kickoff Weekend will feature more than 30 renowned bands and musical performers from around the DC region, (headlined by The Bacon Brothers, Go Go Gadjet and White Ford Bronco) plus buskers, performers, art demonstrations, fireworks and much more. MARKET DOCKS
The best way to experience The Wharf is to cruise over and stay the brand new Market Docks. Slips are available for a few hours or up to two weeks. Market Docks officially open to the public on October 9, just in time for the Kickoff Celebration Weekend, and close for the season on December 3, the day after the beloved District Holiday Boat Parade.
