***This is a review of the transient slips not the mooring field***
With some trepidation we booked a slip at $70 a night including power. What were we in for? An AMAZING experience frankly. CB Marina has a few brand new transient slips at the base of the harbour. Newer washrooms (no showers or laundry). Location should be a $4-6 per foot Marina though. You're right "there" near restaurants and services. Beach is 300ft away. We loved the place. The harbourmasters monitored the docks and helped with docking. We highly recommend a stop here. If you like to be in the centre of the action, but also appreciate being able to retreat to your boat then this is your place. Oh…across the parking lot is a small wholesale seafood store that sells fresh fish and seafood they caught earlier in the day. Thanks Larry and Jerrod. Harbourmaster Steve simply makes this place amazing. Over-the-top helpful and so many proactive resources. The town has everything you really need. I required some mechanic services and Steve solved that for me as well. On a Sunday, no less. We will be back. Thanks Steve.
