Review for Annapolis Harbor Boat Yard

I had my boat staged at this marina in Eastport, Annapolis, Md for 3 months this winter (Dec-Feb '24) with full intentions of having them replace the diesel generator. I paid $3k+ to have them winterize the boat (extremely expensive) but I paid it with no issues or questions asked.
After repeatedly requesting for weeks on end for the replacement proposal, and to no avail, I finally informed them in late February to discontinue any and all activities that I was taking it elsewhere to have the work done. I paid another $1k+ for them to commission to boat so I could relocate it to another marina.
Upon arriving at my boat in early March, there were no keys to be found to start the 2 diesel engines. I used my spare keys to start and check out both engines and all gauges before going to the office to inquire about the missing keys. From that point on and for the following 3 weeks, I got the runaround from staff who did nothing but make up excuses and jerk me around about replacing the keys and key ring buoys.
After admitting they couldn't find the keys and that they would replace them, the final straw wastheir about face and insulting email as follows:
"Kirk,
We're still not understanding when and where these keys did or did not exist. It makes me wish you'd come into the office before you went to the boat. As it stands this whole thing, from our perspective, seems dubious". Kurt Sova | Service Manager
From the get-go, I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service in my life. The staff drastically lacks in professionalism, communication skills and have no follow-up on any of commitments that they make.
It's not the cost of the items they lost at issue as much as it is the principle of the whole matter. As a result, I have reversed the last credit card payment and deducted the replacement cost for the keys and buoys.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
