we had a great stay at Georgetown Yacht Heaven. Josh and the deck team were ready and helpful. The floating docks are new. the heads/showers were clean. The pool was clean and has a fantastic view from over the marina.

This marina is under new ownership and by all accounts they are bringing it back to its former glory. Management and staff are all new very experienced and nice to deal with. A good percentage of the docks are brand new floaters installed within the last couple of months. On the marina grounds there is very nice pool overlooking the Sassafras River as well as a historic hotel and restaurant. The gas dock has the best prices in the area. If you are heading up the Sassafras for a few days or the season Georgetown Yacht Haven is well worth checking out.

Fixed dock is only reason for 4 stars, good water depth, good power, good H2O, diesel and dock priced very reasonably.
