Epic place to be. Always quite, you get power and a hot shower with an awesome group of people for help if you need it.

Like Allen (the owner) said, it's a boatyard, not a fancy marina. Hot shower, laundry, friendly and very helpful, responsive people. Grocery nearby. No pump out, no WiFi.
