Requested transient dockage through the website as instructed by their phone instructions. This is through Snag-A-Slip. App indicated no moorings available, so requested dock space at $5/ft. No response so, called the next day. Concierge lady was very nice and tried to help but couldn't find the request. Transferred me to the dock house to book directly. No answer - went to VM and I left a detailed message. No call back after an hour, so I started calling. After another couple hours and 4 separate attempts to reach the dock house I gave up.

Simple approach.
Facilities are a long walk to town and not the most up to date.
Called via cell and hailed on approach. No Joy with that!
Locals ended up helping us in and getting us situated.
Like many marinas they don't seem to respect the worry transients have during the last 1nm in tight and thin water. We need more communication on where to tie up and how to approach.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Stayed here for protection from storm "Elsa" in July 2021. We were well protected and the storm was not an issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone at the dock were super nice. The only reason for 4 stars were the bathrooms which were clean, but dated and not at the same level as we experienced at other marinas.

Great marina! Stayed last fall, nice people to deal with. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Secure marina with locked gates. Don't stray outside the channel in East Greenwich Bay, it gets shallow very quickly.
