Great rates for docking and services...you won't find it by land unless you're using a GPS or have been here before...No signage on HWY 17, so best to arrive by boat.
THE BEST place to store your boat during hurricane season IF you can get your mast under the 45' clearance at the Shands Bridge on the Saint Johns River at Green Cove Springs, FL.
IF you draw more than 5 feet, it is best to enter at high tide...

Service is good, you do your own maintenance here. Electrical is sometimes a challenge as some pedestals have been damaged by Matthew. Extra cords remedy this. The facility has added a boom lift to pull masts, engines, etc. You do your own work here. Management (Tom) is top notch and helpful anytime I had a question or concern. Only drawback to date is that restroom/shower combo is single unit and a bit of a walk from work area. Bring your own toilet paper, of course. This location is excellent year round for access and there are a few canal berths available now and then, and the grounds are kept pretty clean.
