I called Mike Reker: 772-521-2750 one of Cracker Boys approved contractors. We were towed in on a Saturday around 5PM. I called Mike. All the marinas were full or would not take us because we were towed in. We were stuck on anchor. He came out first thing on Sunday morning to fix my engines. I picked him up in my dinghy and brought him out to where I was anchored. Great job, Thanks Mike, you're a lifesaver!

Start to finish Cracker Boys were courteous, timely and professional. We worked with Seaside Marine Reair and Jorge and his team did a great job!

Regarding the one star review, regardless whether sail or power managing maintenance and upgrades on all Yachts is a hands on full time job. Everything about yacht M&R and most certainly operation is not the same as having work done on your car or house. If you expect to be an absentee owner, expect problems, particularly offshore.

Ft Pierce is a premier choice for quick deepwater entry. Crackerboy is a great choice for M&R whether DIY or contract.

We had work done here on 2 occasions & were badly burned both times. The first occasion was January to March 2012 when we first bought our boat. We had left it here for 6 weeks to have work done & wanted the boat in the water when we returned. All the subcontractor work was done but none of the work to be done by the yard was even begun. We had to stay in a motel for a week waiting for them to do their part of the work.
The second time in January 2015 they turned the water pressure up on their washer & washed all our bottom paint off upon hauling so we engaged them to paint the bottom. After 2 weeks they had not touched the bottom so my wife & I painted it. While this was going on we had requested a launch at a certain time which we followed up daily with them over the next 5 - 6 days. When the launch day came they denied my efforts to set that day in an effort to extend our stay & build their charges after already extending our stay about a week by not having painted our bottom. Their subcontractors are great but do not trust the yard managers word on anything. They extend their work out to increase your time & charges spent in their yard any way they can.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

DIY boatyard. Where do you see that nowadays? If you bring in outside professionals their insurance should be approved first.
Wonderful local crew, just regular folks.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
