4/23/24 Free day docks empty and in great condition. easy in and out. Enjoyable little town to walk, shop and stretch legs. The Free marine museum 2 floors, artifacts, replicas, history and dog welcoming (very worth a donation).
Overall, the town, shops and people were very pet welcoming. Just be sure to clean up after your pup.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Was able to tie up here on the T end with my 40ft SV 5'3" draft - no issues. The entrance to the harbour shows as very shallow but I saw nothing less than 6'9" 1ft above low tide. The town is very cute with lots of little shops and a nice big park to take the dog to. Will move to anchor before dark. It is unfortunate how many derelict looking boats are taking up the anchorage areas close to the dinghy dock. Many look abandoned with some half sunk. But it is a breath of fresh air to visit a town that is welcoming transient boaters.

Great stop & great dock! Easy tie up. Room for about 6 boats. You can stay here all day (same as the other free dock) no overnight but it didn't matter, we pushed off and only had to move about 100' directly across to the anchorage. 6' of water at low tide. Made it easy to dinghy up to the other free dock and grab some drinks! Don't miss Georgetown!

Real nice day docks (no overnight stay). right on the old town boardwalk.
Outside face can handle a 60' easy, inside limited to mid 20's due to the angle needed to get in.
Remember there are two docks on the waterfront, if the first is full try the next.
Town is a nice visit, but the Rice Museum was a bit of a bust.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
