Nice dock in front of a kids playground. I saw some sailboats overnight there. Signs state no overnight. Current is strong but you have enough place for 2 sailboats.

Nice free day dock centrally located in downtown Beaufort. No overnight stays. Great place to stop and park for a few hours for a walk around the town. After our visit, we moved to the nearby Factory Creek anchorage for the night.

3 Hour limit has been imposed by the City to allow access for more boats during the day. No over night docking and no docking between 1 AM and 6 AM.

Wonderful floating free dock for access to Beaufort. We always stop here on our transit North and South. Nice to enjoy the park, the stores, the restaurants. Took our bike and crossed bridge to visit Food Lion. One year we biked to Port Royal. This dock is really helps the local business. Thank you kindly Beaufort!

New floating day use dock between east side of marina and bridge. Signs state no docking from 1 am to 6 am. Space for at least three 40 ft boats on outside and space for dingies and smaller boats on inside of T dock. Beautiful park adjacent. Shops, galleries and restaurants one short block away.
