This free dock is a concrete wall with topside bollards located in a small park with a car-top boat launch. There is a well stocked convenience store a couple hundred yards away, and a Rite-Aid about 1 mile away along with a great meat market named Fred the Butcher Shop.
Water depth along the wall is 9.5' to 10'.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The pin drop for this free wall is off a little. Look for the free wall 100 yrds from the bridge. The concreate is a little rough and boats coming out of the flights may be a little hard on the gas (use penty of fenders for wakes), the ice cream store is like right there. Take a break after your work on the locks and breath.
