Closest to the Welland Canal if you are transiting to Erie. Floating docks are poor quality in regards to stability (wood over barrels) and construction. The corners have unprotected steel corner braces that left a deep gash in my gel coat. No WiFi. Nice showers, bathroom, and supply store.
Try to tie up on the end T dock across from the fuel dock.

Nice family run marina along the river at reasonable price. Docks look rustic but they are stable and common to most marinas in the area. Several nice covered pavilions on the docks with gas grills. Water and electric on the docks (30/50). 8+ feet where I docked. Showers and bathroom a short walk up the hill with boaters library. A nice rest stop between Oswego and the Welland Canal. Running at 10 knots it was 8 hours from Oswego and 4.5 to the Welland.

Floating dock. Bathrooms with showers just off the dock. Good depth on approach 6-10. No electric hook up. $1 per foot.
NOTE: Waterway Guide confirmed with town supervisor that there is not a fee for overnight docking. A donation box is available.

Best stop on the canal. If you need it, they got it, if it's broken, they can fix it . Very impressive facilities. Nice staff and good prices.
