We are the only boat on this dock. We have power and water on a floating dock. This family owned resort is quiet and fabulous. The restaurant, MadKap has great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The beach is just across the street. We rented a car to take care of necessities. Very easy. Don't overlook this gem. Deep water canal is easy to navigate.
