Don't, I repeat DON'T stay the here. We tied up mid afternoon and fell in love with the park, fountain and the show. Very clean and nice area. About 1:00 am we heard commotion outside. Had a group of 4 thugs that kept growing to more than a dozen, running back and forth screaming that we were scared, and they were right, we
we're. Finally we called the police and while on the phone with them, one jumped on the side of the boat trying to climb up on the flybridge. I headed up on the bridge with the flare gun and informed them police were on the way. The guy jumped off but then returned. After about 45 minutes, someone flashed their lights and yelled "let's go!" and they all left. We untied and left as well. We contacted them via VHF as we arrived in Bimini. Marina is very clean, nice long floating docks. A taxi was immediately available to take us to the airport to clear customs. We were in and out within thirty minutes and the taxi was there to bring us back to the marina. Easy access to the beach, with stunning sunsets. We'll definitely be back!
