Bridge operator was very responsive on VHF 13, contacted to find out opening times because we just moved into the neighborhood, advised that I would be at bridge by 5:00pm on a Tuesday, contacted upon approach to advise we would make the scheduled opening. After passing through, bridge operator shouted out the window, welcome to the neighborhood. Very professional and friendly, rare in today's world! Cheers!
