At least 7 ft depth in channel at MLW. Docks good condition w/ elect & Hampton City water. Mgr Steve is first-rate, very helpful. Free disposal, Pumpout, 250 yds to fuel. Nice clean restrooms w/ showers. Very reasonable, a bargain on the Bay. Great hurricane hole. I’ve kept a boat here off and on for 4 yrs. Docks are not floating, but tide height is usually 2.25-3.1 ft height.
