$6 foot +$20 night for electric. Most definitely not as advertised! Johnathan made no excuses for the change in price. He said he was full but literally no one else tied up for the two days we were there except a couple police boats temporarily.
I think we made up for the loss of income. We had no choice as our Hinckley reservation didn't work out and it was a last minute reservation for this dock.

The dock itself was fine except for the floating trash and debris behind it. The constantly rolling wake from boat traffic was at times nauseating. It calmed at night but never stopped.
Security gate was a joke. A code was given but simply reach through bars and open handle from inside.
No WiFi no trash other than city barrel nearby park.

Upside is location is near market and restaurants.

Municipal docks up river would be a better choice if considering this area. They do allow overnight which I didn't know until I spoke to other boaters. Guides say 3 hr limit.

Docks are basic and worn. One could say it's a working boat yard. Dock hands were inexperienced and dock master was difficult to communicate with via radio. They do not take reservations and it's first come first serve same day calling.

No longer offer free night for fuel purchase or any discounts for loopers despite what the guide says.

We did not have any work done so I cannot comment on boatyard.

Transient stay only but I would not return and suggest updated editing the guide books.
