I kept my Morgan here for over a year. There is no WiFi on the docks yet the yard has pretty good coverage. The problem persisted for the length of my stay.
They use a paper system instead of a computer. Keep your receipts as it is common to be asked for them to complete their record.
The docks are in fair repair but be careful for cupped deck boards. They are many and hazardous. There are many neglected boats and the staff does not check shore power cables for being in the water. I had to replace zincs twice a year.
Bath houses are clean, work well and have a distinct 1960's patina. BYO towels and toiletries. There are no other amenities.
Do not expect help docking unless you specifically request assistance. You may or may not get it.
The staff are very personable and the quality of their boat restoration/repair work is good. I have never dealt with their diesel mechanic so ask the locals. There are mechanics in the area that will come to you.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Family owned and operated. They make you feel like a part of it. Very secure private club marina.Modern clean facilities with immaculate bathhouses. On site general store with courtesy car for the 6 mi trip to town. Marine Diesel services will come to your boat. Complete service and lift in near by creek.
In my opinion this is the nicest marina on the ICW between Hampton, VA and Wrightsville Beach, NC.
Call ahead as it fills up quick.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This bridge DOES NOT have 80' clearance. The gauge was reading 66 when I past under.

WG Editor Comment:
The horizontal clearance is 80 feet. Vertical clearance is 65 Feet.

Mud flats marked by fishing stakes on down stream green side of bridge moves with the seasons. Favor the red but watch depth closely for dead head blips. Stay center channel when possible.
