This marina has the bones to being a great marina but it doesn't appear that it is considered to be part of the resort. The power and water was sufficient for our 2 night stay but the docks were absolutely gross with bird crap thick everywhere. We did complain and they did come down and hose off part of the dock which helped with the smell.
The first floor restaurant is mediocre and painfully slowView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Harborwalk is a very nice marina. It’s well kept, has nice floating docks and great amenities
The canal and approach can get skinny, at a decent high tide you’re only going to get slightly more than 6 feetView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The marina staff are great.
The covered slips are really nice and make the Texas heat bearable. Good people in the marina / on the docks.
The owner / managment could make a bit of effort and allow for on line payment for the slips rather than require snail mail every month.
It's a very safe place for severe weather and upkeep is good even though all maintenance is outsourced.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The marina / docks is / are nice.
The resort staff are rude and clueless.
If they made an effort this could be a great place. The resort has a lot to offer and is nice, it could easily be a 5 star.
It's a shame that just because the owner had his boat broaght in that the staff were disrespectful to those us us with just 60 footers.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
