After two years in the same slip I heard from a neighbor that the director of the Marina had leased my slip to someone else for 2020. I have boated since 1987and have never heard of customers being so disrespected. There is one man who runs the Marina and uses his own company to provide services. If you want to stay here be prepared to butt heads.
