Vessel Type: Power
LOA: 36'
Draft: 4.5'Overall Rating:5Wind Protection:5Scenic Beauty:5Ease of Shopping:1Shore Access:5Here early in the season so quiet and uncrowded. Picked up a town mooring (labeled “town rental”) but noted there is some room for anchoring on the northeast corner of the mooring field.
Friendly and knowledgeable harbormaster who is also police/fireman/animal control. Cooking lobster and lobster dinners on the dock as well as a raw bar boat that circles the mooring field.
Great walking throughout the island, beautiful views of Martha’s Vineyard as well as the roses and beach peas along the beaches.
Hadn’t been here in years but worth the early season stop on our way from Maine to NY.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
