Bridge comment on Royal Park (SR 704) Bridge

We were approaching the bridge for a 3:00 opening and we’re on time. We were informed by the bridge tender that he was opening it at 3:30, completely eliminating the 3:00 opening. We spent a full half hour circling around. Worst bridge tender on the ICW and because of him we will miss the marina dockage and will be anchoring in the dark.
